Whispers of Grace Return Policy

At Whispers of Grace, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

Standard Returns:

• Unopened packages may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

• Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Holiday Returns:

• During the holiday season, we extend our return window to 60 days to make gift-giving worry-free.

How to Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at trsouthe@gmail.com for return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please Note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We do not accept returns on opened packages, used items, or personalized/custom orders.
