Refund Policy

At Whispers of Grace, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into each order.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds are issued for unopened packages returned within 30 days of purchase.

• During the holiday season, unopened packages may be returned within 60 days.

• To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Opened, used, or personalized/custom items

• Gift cards or digital downloads

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert your contact email or phone number]. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue a full refund after reviewing your claim.
